HZE is capable of designing a comprehensive staff training program relevant to the concentrator and monitor the outcome of the training by working together with the customer's management team. For added assistance, HZE can also arrange technicians to provide assistance and oversight of the concentrator's activities.

The supervision involved making sure production is both uninterrupted and consistent, ensuring that the predetermined goals of production are achieved, upkeep and repair of machinery, monitoring the correct function of analysis rooms and labs, as well as upgrading the technology involved during production.
